Strategic Procurement FAQ

Answers to common questions regarding manufacturing capabilities, MOQ, quality control, fire certification, and global logistics.

We are a 100% direct manufacturer. Partnering with us means you benefit from factory-direct pricing and transparent production updates, with no middlemen involved.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard catalog products is 30 units per item. For fully customized OEM designs, the MOQ is typically 50–100 units. Mixed-model orders for container shipments are supported.

The standard payment terms are a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment. The production lead time is typically 30–45 days following receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the fabric. Payment via an at-sight Letter of Credit is accepted for orders exceeding $50,000.

Yes. Before mass production, we can send a complete set containing all materials—including fabric, foam, and wood finish samples—to your company via courier for your approval. The sample fee is refundable if you proceed to place a bulk order.

Yes. For orders destined for the UK and the US, we provide fire-retardant composite foam and flame-retardant lining as standard. Each shipment is accompanied by test reports issued by certified laboratories (such as SGS or Intertek).

Each product undergoes ten inspections: frame stress testing, foam density verification, fabric abrasion checks, stitching inspections, and a 100% visual inspection prior to shipment. The defect rate is below 0.5%.

We have long-standing freight partners who can assist in delivering your goods to your warehouse on a CIF or DDP basis. We will provide complete export documentation.

Yes. You simply need to send us the fabric, and we will handle the fire-retardant treatment, cutting, and upholstery production. Before production begins, we test the customer-supplied fabric for abrasion resistance (meeting a minimum of 40,000 cycles on the Martindale test), color fastness, and pilling resistance.
